About:

I am a first year MS graduate student.  Having completed my BS in Geology at the University of Texas at Arlington, my interest in geophysics as well as the mechanics of natural and engineered materials lead me to pursue graduate school under Dr. Griffith’s tutelage. My MS research involves studying the strain-rate-dependent micromechanics of brittle damage formation in rocks.
